HOW TO ORGANISE YOURSELF TO WORK EFFECTIVELY ?

HOW TO ORGANISE YOURSELF TO WORK EFFICIENCY ?

Coronavirus means lockdown, and so work at home... You maybe have some struggle, isn't it ? We'll see what are the best key to be the best at work !

1- Prepare your week/your day in advance

The best way to be ready, event on Monday, is to prepare and schedule your week. Take your agenda/bullet journal and look at your week and all the tasks you have to do.

To be really effective, everyday need to be clean, with only a few tasks to do (if you have too much, you'll stress and procrastinate).

After seeing what your week will be looking, see what your next day will be : what's your timetable, when is your lunch break, every question you ask yourself when you go to work in an office.

Tips from us : plan also what will be your outfit while looking at the next day weather. By planning everything, even your own OOTD, you'll be less stressed, more confident, and so much effective ;)

2- Wake up early

This step may be basic, but very efficient. We say "Day is own by early people" and that's true. In a week, you'll spend around 56 hours of sleep, and only 40 hours of work per week, that let you 72 hours to do what you want !

Take care of this time to look at you've to do, what you can improve, what you can organise and make your situation review.

By waking up early, you'll be able to prepare yourself and take all the time you want to. You'll be less stressed and so more efficient.

Aslo, you'll be very proud at evening looking at you've achieved this day, so JUST DO IT !

Tips : Do some meditation, exercises and reading a great book can improve your concentration and help you in your work to be more creative and focused !

3- GOALS is life

Put some goals is the best way to be effective (not only at work but in everything you want to do). While you're planning, put the things you want to do. Never forget to not put too much ! 2 or 3 per days is very great ! Your goals can be personal, but also professional!

To do so, they have to be S.M.A.R.T : Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bounded. So, Your goals have to be efficients to be meaningful.

4- Make some breaks !

Of course, when you work at home, time can be long, and you can start to hate your room (too much time in it ...), it's so important to make some break, even more in the evenings and weekend !

When we mean breaks, we mean a time you concentrate on yourself and take time to breathe, without any polluting devices (no computer, no cellphones.

The best way to make a break, it's to go outside and make a little walk for 10 to 1 hour (even better in the woods if you can). Take care of this time to recharge your batteries and take time to you, your and yourself only !

Tips form us : make a big clean of your room, get rid of old stuff and clothes, make a skincare night routine and reading a book are our favourite ways to make a break !

To help you incorporate everything in your daily life we recommend you try journaling to stay organised and be effective. It can a great way for you to create a routine that is more suited to your needs whether it is being more productive or to relax more, check out Sadia's video below on how to write a journal to increase your productivity and mental well-being.
